When insurance is taken ALL claims must be filed with the carrier (UPS or US Postal Service) We will assist you any way we can but, ultimately the claim is between you and the carrier. West Coast and over seas buyers be aware shipping can sometimes be very slow. This is beyond our control. Please direct comments about slow shipping service to your local postal or UPS authority. We have had shipments to the west coast take up to 15 business days.
