little used CDI Consolidated Devices 1/2″ drive Beam Pointer style torque wrench. This one is 0-150 ft/lbs in CW or CCW direction. This is also an ex-military tool so it has a users id engraved on it and a calibration sticker. Calibrations is expired but tool shows almost no wear.
