Banding Strap Sealer Crimper Cutter Tools. JP-10 Cutter made in USA by AS&P Manufacturing Co, Cross cut strapping banding material to 2″ wide. May cut as much as 2-1/4 across. a little over 26″ overall length. 1-1/4″ maybe to 1-1/2″ double notch Crimper.
