HMMWV 4 Man Soft Top Roof. NATO Tri-color Camoflage. US Army p/n 12342475-6. NSN 2540-01-450-5477 and 2540-01-450-4019.  Each piece has a very small cut in the vinyl. I have taken close-up photos. The one on the rear curtain is shown in 3rd photo. It is approximately 1-3/4″ long. the tear in the top is shown in 4th photo. It is approximately 3″ long. This should be an easy fix for a qualified shop. Otherwise these rags are in great overall shape. Priced with condition in mind. Do a little repair and same a ton of money 15546 NorthWall M998
