lightly used 1-1/8″ and 1-3/16″ Double Box End Wrench. Forged in the USA by Williams Tools. Part number 7038. Box ends are 12-point. Has a few spots of flaked chrome from damp storage. NSN has been engraved…see 2nd photo. This wrench meets SAE specification AS954. Measures 16-1/2″ long, weighs a little over 1-1/2 pound. Original invoice on this wrench was $79.32. Please note that Williams is a subsidiary of a larger tool company that has sent manufacturing to Taiwan. The Taiwanese tool runs $46.27.
